Dawn speaks at Business Conference

Dawn Primarolo, Labour MP for Bristol South, welcomed delegates to the South Bristol Business Conference held at Filwood Community Centre.

The event, hosted by the Federation of Small Businesses and Bristol City Council with support from Bristol Junior Chamber, the Local Enterprise Partnership and Knowle West Media Centre, provided an opportunity for small business owners to network and find out about latest developments, available support and what more could be done to help make the area more attractive for business.

Speaking at the conference, Dawn outlined changes she has seen across the constituency since her election as MP for Bristol South in 1987, praised the work of existing businesses and reflected on further work required to ensure more business choose to locate in south Bristol.
