Elections elections elections!!!

Labour candidate Lesley Mansell came second at the first ever Metro Mayor for the area of Bristol with Bath & North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire on 4th May 2017, showing the only real opposition to the Tories locally is Labour.

Our Labour candidate for the General Election is Karin Smyth, who has worked so hard for people across South Bristol since she was first elected in 2015. Click here  to find out more about how Karin will carry on fighting for us now and in future...

The General election is on 8th June 2017.

Don't know where to vote?

There were changes to the location of some polling stations in 2015... causing some confusion. If you're not sure where you should vote this link will take you to the right part of the Council's website so you can check. Your polling station is also on your polling card. If you've lost your polling card don't worry, you can still vote - just tell the election workers your name and address when you get there..
