Hawkspring Launch

Dawn Primarolo, Labour MP for Bristol South, attended the launch of new drug and alcohol support service, Hawkspring.  The organisation has been created due to the merger of local organisations, HAWKS and KWADS, following loss of funding last year.
As someone who has been a supporter of both charities over many years, Dawn was asked to speak at the Hawkspring opening event.

After the launch, Dawn commented:

“HAWKS and KWADS were both hard-working and highly valued community organisations and I’m delighted that they have joined together to create Hawkspring which will continue to offer much-needed specialist drug and alcohol support services for Bristol residents.”
