Opening Knowle Park Primary Bike Sheds

Dawn was very pleased to visit Knowle Park Primary School this week to meet with the School Council and open the school’s brand new bike shed.  The new storage space will encourage pupils to cycle to school by ensuring they have a safe and secure place to keep their bikes during the school day.”

Dawn says, “I’m really pleased that Knowle Park Primary School has taken this step towards helping its pupils travel to school in a sustainable way.  The more children who walk or cycle to school, the fewer cars there are on our streets.  This not only means less congestion and fewer emissions, but children also get the health benefits of regular exercise.”
